Process and product certifications:

IRIS Certification® (ISO/TS 22163:2017)

Ensures quality throughout the railway supply chain, guaranteeing compliance with a specific and highly regulated international standard.

UNI EN ISO 3834 Part 2:2021

Defines quality requirements for welding processes involving metallic materials, ensuring execution accuracy, structural reliability and safety.

UNI EN 15085-2:2020 CL1/P/S

Certifies compliance for the welding of railway vehicles and components, requiring the highest control standards (Class 1).

EN 22768-1:1993 (ISO 2768-1:1989)

Specifies general dimensional tolerances, ensuring consistency and precision in machining where no explicit tolerances are indicated in the drawings.

UNI EN ISO 25239

Certifies compliance for the welding of railway vehicles and components using the Friction Stir Welding process.
